For over fifty years the M. Demajo Group has been involved in the development and building of Malta’s infrastructure through the supply of state-of-the-art plant and equipment of every type and description. As Malta made industrial and economic progress, JCS developed strong business relationships with leading suppliers, with whom it teamed up to win large-scale tenders for complex infrastructural projects in the fields of energy, the environment and security. Malta's first biological sewage treatment plant, the first two boilers at the Delimara power station, sophisticated air-monitoring stations, nationwide installation of low-flow water meters: these are typical projects successfully undertaken. The latest, high-value, infrastructural project, at present in progress, is the Malta to Sicily power interconnector.
JCS has also been involved in the supply of various security related products such as, for example, the current Malta Driving Licence Cards and the Maltese Passports. Apart from this, JCS also trades with commercial and industrial entities for special products such as money-handling machines, emission-testing equipment for vehicle roadworthiness, guardrails, compressors and boilers. The Company also provides sustainable energy solutions for both the trade and consumer markets.
