FORGING
Our Forge Shop is equipped with :

4 screw forging presses

4EDM Machines,
4Vertical Machining Centers,
4CNC Turning Centers and
4 Allied machinery like conventional milling, turning, slotting, thread rolling, copy turning and grinding etc.
Manufacturing Range: Drop forging (hammer-forgings): 1 kg to 20 Kg.
Upset forging with a shaft Dia: 75 mm max.
Material Grade: All grades of Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel.
PRODUCT RANGE: Closed die and upset forging components/ parts including automotive parts forging, tractor parts forgings, Gear Blanks, Shafts, Crosses, Yokes, Sprockets, Forged Chain links, Chains, Crankshafts, Exhaust Camshafts, assemblies and sub-assemblies and general forging duly heat treated/ Quenched & tempered.
MULTIPLE FORGING: Our plant layout allows to simultaneously roll, forge & form the product on various different machines like different hammers, different press and compile the various operations in one cycle. The products requiring various stages of production can be arranged in a way that the material starts from one end and finish material comes out at the end.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Our independent Quality Assurance Department is responsible for overall quality assurance at various levels of production. The department prepares all Quality Assurance Plans, issue directions, prepares gauges and maintains the data as required by the product.
