Application

CS-centrifuge is mainly used in marinediesel engines and diesel generator sets in land clearing and other mineralfuel and lubricant oil in the water and mechanical impurities, and othermachines to reduce diesel engine wear and prolong service life. It can also beapplied to separate the two different weight, and immiscible liquid, or liquidin a small amount of separation of solid particles. Reduce equipment wear,extend equipment life and ensure the normal operation of equipment.

Description

NSH centrifugal separators, using principle of different density of oil, water, solid(light, heavy phases) getting different velocity, separate the insoluble liquidsor solid particles. After getting through heating system, the viscosity of oillowers down. Then it is fed in through a system of closed lines. The heavyliquid phase is pressure discharged by means of a centripetal pump (7). Theclean oil is also discharged by means of a centripetal pump (8). Thecentrifuges operate with regulating rings for the heavy phase.
