 Imports:

 Prior Documentation:

 As soon as theadvance set of documents received, the documentation process starts withrespect to classification of items for the best possible benefit to theCustomer with reference to various Customs Notifications / exemptions etc., arebeing examined by a team of experts at CV. UMO INDONESIA. Thepro-active-anticipation of problems by our experts enable our Customers notonly avoid the delay in clearance but also heavy demurrage, detention chargesetc., which account of huge financial loss.

 Pre-Alert Message:

 After necessaryformalities are completed, the Customer is informed about the “ Customs Duty”and other statutory payments ( if any) . The customers can plan disbursement ofgoods and logistics, even before the arrival of shipment at Godown / Factory.

 Exports:

 Cargo Pick Up:

 The freightforwarding cycle begins with cargo pick up from the Vendor’ s factory. Thecargo is then transported to warehouse near the port of loading by train ortruck, depending on factors like volume of cargo shipping deadlines and otherparameters. The local State and Central Octroi / Transportation and otherformalities like and others are adequately covered.

 Verification/ Measurement of Cargo:

 When the cargo fromvendor’ s factory reaches the warehouse, it is first measured and weighted byauthorized surveyors. The size of the container is decided based on the surveyreport. The customer is then intimated about verification details.

 Pre-Alert Message:

 After necessaryformalities are completed at customs & port and the container is loaded onthe vessel, we send a message along with the necessary shipping documents.

 Clearance Time:

 We understand thegravity of the “ Transit Time for clearance” and hence we put our best effortsto clear any given shipments at the earliest possible time. We count on MicroSeconds than Days. We normally clear the consignments within two / threeworking days both for Import & Export after receipt of all the documents.

 Document' s required for Import Clearance:

 • Invoice in originalAttested by Bank

• Packing list in Original

• Bill of lading / AWF in Original endorsed by the Importer& Bank ( as applicable)

 • Insurancecertificate / Cover note

• Purchase Order & Letter of Credit ( if any)

 • Price List / SaleContract

• Import licence ( if the item requires Licence)

 • Write-up /Literature

• Specifications & Catalogue

• Authorization Letter

• GAT Import Declaration

 Document' s required for Import Clearance:

 • Invoice

• Packing List

• GR / SDF form duly signed by Exporter

• Copy of the letter of Credit Purchase Order

• Agency Certification ( if required)
