APL was incorporated in Pakistan as a Public Limited Company on December 3, 1995,
commenced its operations in 1998 and listed on Karachi Stock Exchange on March 07,
2005.
APL is an associated member of Attock Group of Companies, a fully vertically
integrated Group covering all aspects of the Oil and Gas sectors of Pakistan, ranging
from Exploration, Production, Refining and Energy to Marketing of a wide range of
Petroleum products.
Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) in the North and National Refinery Limited (NRL) in the
South of the Country are the important entities of the Attock Group and main
sources of supply of the Petroleum products to not only APL, but also to other Oil
