 FVFM is made of fish raw from the Azov – Black seabasin, in other words, the product of other environment free of any diseasescommon for farm livestock and poultry.

The technology of its production is different from the standard one: asmeat is tender and bones are soft, small sized fish is not boiled but isimmediately

transferred for chopping, mixing with sunflower cake to absorb fish oiland then for drying. The main peculiarity of drying is its reduced impact (temperaturefrom +80 - ±85°С to +90°С).As the result, all vitamins, amino acids, biologically active andgrowth-stimulating substances are preserved in the condition most available foranimals, i.e. targeted nutrition of muscle, bone and other cells takes place.

It is the reference standard of the feed product, in which the naturecollected all the most important elements such as proteins (about 45-47%), fishoil and fatty acids (Omega – 3 and ЕRА), amino acids, the significant amount of vitamins andof B group in particular, macro- and microelements Ca, P, Se, Mg, K, Fe, Zn, Cuand etc. in the organic state, i.e. easily available for living organisms.

Technological process of FVFM production stipulates the use of speciallyprepared sunflower cake with reduced content of fiber as absorber of oil andstabilizer, to a certain degree, of significant amount of drying fatty acidscontained therein. It improves FVFM quality and helps to keep it for a longtime following the storage conditions.

Fish&vegetable feed mix is the homogeneous, free-running powder withpleasant odor. It is produced in accordance with the requirements of TUU(National Technical Conditions) 15.7-20663004-001:2006/2008, ISO 9001-2008, Registrationcertificate of State Committee for veterinary medicine of Ukraine № AB-02117-04-11from 15.03.2011.

The quality of raw metarial supplied, technoligcal process running andfinished goods (FVFM) are checked by the certified laboratory ofthe plant and controlling organizations.
