Establish in 2009 in Shenzhen, China, J&L Techno was an initial of joint effort and passion of 4 men:

>> A former area manager of a well-known company that focus on garage equipment, he had served in this industry for 8 years.
>> An Aligner expert, former chief R&D engineer of CCD and 3D aligner in 4 aligners factories, 10 years experience in this industry.
>> A former software engineer who had experience in a few chinese automotive diagnostic company for 8 years.
>> A former hardware engineer who had experience in a few chinese automotive diagnostic company for 10 years.

 

From the beginning of J&L Techno, the direction of J&L Techno was project-oriented, we focus on various projects for different companies, in automotive diagnostics and wheel aligners, and proved very successful.

 

In a meeting in mid 2010, we discussed for a few days about our next step, finally we determined to R&D our own products, while make it highly flexible to fit difference client's needs --- OEM Provider. aim to help clients who want to have aligners in their own brand. Every aspect of the R&D was handy, we finished the prototype in 2 months, and test it for 3 months in a tyre shop. we name it FlexCCD.

 

The FlexCCD is innovative, by modurized design and mature technology, was mean to be one of the best CCD aligner, in that it overcomed a few important weakness of chinese made aligner.

• 1. Zigbee communication technology was firstly introduce in wheel alignment machine, its proved to be more stable and faster than traditional RF or 433Mhz method.
• 2. Dual backup of calibration value, that enable the machine to be useable without calibration. and made repair and service more easier.
• 3. Highly Flexible software structure that ensure possibility of OEM service.

 

Another core product of J&L Techno is FlexCam 3D aligner, which will be available in the next half of 2011. there's a fatal shortcoming of 3D aligner -- complicated calibration, and point style measurement which request the car to be lifted to a certain height(fixed). while the measurement height is not continuous.

 

FlexCam 3D aligner, was designed to be handy and accurate in use.
