The Company was founded in 1995 as a branch of a state owner company Intimex Import Export Corporation. After 10-year building up our business, we celebrated company capitalization success in 2006. A new company had been operating under name Intimex Import Export Joint-Stock Company (INTIMEX HOCHIMINH). The restructuring have brought us much-more-than expected development whereby our organization has been rapidly expanded and nationwide presence, that we have 1 head office in Ho Chi Minh; 4 branches and 8 subsidiary companies. Business lines have been widening accordingly from agriculture commodities trading to manufacturing, whole sale, modern trade retails, and investing… We employed around more than 500 people now for proper operation. INTIMEX HOCHIMINH was positioned at 13th private company under VNR 500 (Vietnam Report 500) for its 520 million USD revenue and 12,500 billion VND turn over in 2010. It comes great time when 2011 has marked a 5-year stage of development with remarkable achievements gained in its size and its reputation. The rapid growth organization is definitely required a management reformation of which operating could assure professional execution, operational speed, result focus, and reducing bureaucracy.

The company therefore has been changed to new name and structure “INTIMEX GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY” - a multinational and multi-line group, from 1 July, 2011.

Intimex Group Joint Stock Company objectives are to be recognized as Vietnam leader in agriculture commodities trading and trusted by all its partners.
