We are edgenominees. A firm of chartered secretaries, administrators and human resourcemanagement registered in February, 1999 in Nigeria as a firm of professionalsto engage in company secretarial services and human resource managementconsultancy.

All standardsare in place with modern facilities to ensure that we render our servicesdiligently and effectively. Business activities of the firm are handled byprofessionals who are lawyers, chartered secretaries and strategic management/human resources experts.

The firm ismanaged by Obioma Ajaonu MBA(OAU, Ife) MIoD, FCIS (London). She was thesecretary General of Association of Professional Bodies in Nigeria and acouncil member of institute of chartered secretaries and administrators,Nigeria since 2002. Also amongst the team is Senator O.O Ogunbanjo (LLB {bucks}) , BL. He is Buckingham University trained with many years of experiencebefore diverting into business management. He served in the senate of federalrepublic of Nigeria. 'dayo Adetokun (Bsc, Aismn) a senior associate of the firmis also an expert to reckon with in the world of management.

●We assess and prepare candidates in advance for immediateemployment using our client's specification tools or our key test kits. Thisprogram is also called professional selection for placement.

● We conduct a credit report on employees' personality; school attendedand job experience(s). We strongly recommend EVR to our clients because of itsimportance in revealing information about employees which is needed beforeconfirming such employee as most employees do not disclose everything aboutthem at the time of employment.

● Edge nominees also support staff services for: secretaries,personal assistants, receptionists, teller and bulk counters, and telephoneoperators.
