We are already producing for several restaurants, witch have chosen different decorations and/or personalizations according to whatever they wish, we use various techniques to personalize the items (hand painting, decals, etc), and we always perform samples without any commitment.
All tableware decorations have been tested in laboratory and are free of Lead and Cadmium, they are oven and microwave save and also it can be washed in the dishwasher.
We do not have a minimum order, payment condition are settled previously guarantying security to both parts involved, but we usually receive 40% at front and the remain when the order leaves our factory. Time for delivery depends on the quantity and the terms are settled previously as well as any kind of specific package.
