We take pleasure in introducing ourselves as manufactures of Hydraulic Cylinders, Power Packs, Honed Tubes, Chrome plated tubes and rods, for all types of industrial & mobile hydraulic machinery. We also make oil hydraulic based SPMs. for various applications.
Our present field of work varies from Cylinders for Plastic injection moldings, Road construction, Hydraulic Press,Government Vehicles,Brick and block making machinery, Fork lifts, Hydraulic bending, shearing, press breaks, Material handling etc. Being I SO certified industrial unit we are OEM suppliers to a number of companies and on the approved vendor list of many private and public limited concerns spread across the country.
We have two units in Delhi and adequate machinery including CNC lathe, VMC, vertical honing machines and other regular workshop machinery and have an installed capacity of 500 units/ month.
Our range of cylinders varies from 50 to 6000 mm strokes, bores from 25 to 600 mm with mountings and specifications according to customer?s specifications. Cylinders as per ISO standard mountings are also made on order. Repairing facility is also available for all types of Hydraulic Cylinders including Telescopic, Servo, and cylinders for use in xxxxx?s, L&T Poclain and other known brands of Machinery.
All the material for our cylinders is chosen very carefully and as far as sealing systems go, we purchase only from reputed Indian and Overseas vendors such as Merkel, Bushak, Parker, Stelmi etc. Sealing systems are carefully chosen depending upon systems working pressures, velocity of cylinders, surface finishes, application areas, outdoor use and duty cycles so on.
We also design and execute hydraulic systems for any of your automation needs and special purpose machinery and Surface Grinders, Turning, Planers, Drilling, CNC, etc., as we have a well developed R&D section with fully capable design personnel and trained AutoCAD operators.
