Founded in 1989, Matesa Textile is now one of the biggest textiles manufacturers in Turkey. The company operates, with 3500 employees, on a 350,0000 square meters open, 290,000 square meters covered state of the art facility.
â?¢ Spining Mill ; Seven yarn spinning plants which four of them as open end and three of them as ring spun techonology with 100 tons / day total capacity.
On the yarn twisting facilities, the capacity is 4.5 tons / day and able to twist double and trible twisted yarns with or without lycra.
â?¢ Knitting mill with 45 tons / day capacity with its 130 sets latest techonology knitting xxxxx production of knitting plant, varies from single Jersey, interlock, ribanas, transferable ribanas, frenchterry to three thread knitted fabrics.
â?¢Knitted Dye House; Bleaching, dyeing, printing, tubular printing, brushing, emerying and merserization are available with the capacity of 35 tons / day.
â?¢ Knitted ready made garment factory with 15,000 pcs / day capacity.
â?¢Weaving mill with 60,000 mt./day capacity with 182 sets latest techonologyweawing machines. It is most welcomed to produce all kinds of fabrics such as cotton twills, ribs, poplins, yarn dyed poly-cotton and poly-viscose fabrics.
â?¢ Weaving dye house ; Dyeing fabric with reactive, sulphure, fader and indanthrene typed processes are in use and all monitored by computerised colour control system with the capacity of 80,000 mt./ day. Applying coating process and corduroy production with 14,000 mt./day capacity also available. Yarn dyeing facility has a capacity of 8,000 kg / day on yarn dyeing and 3,500 kg / day on fibre dyeing.
â?¢Denim plant is fully automated on production and on process controls with very new technology to produce denim fabrics within international quality standarts for all markets. Denim dyeing plant has a capacity of 80,000 mt. / day .
