Artisan Baker  

Artisan Baker Pty Ltd are in partnership with a NASAA Certified Organic Flour Mill. Our specialty is wheat, spelt and buckwheat flour. Artisan Baker distributes quality bakery equipment and supplies. We are located in Australia and can distribute worldwide.

Artisan Baker operate the Artisan Baker Association (ABA). The ABA are a select group of bakeries who practice natural fermentation techniques, including artisan and sourdough bread making.

ABA offers consultancy and training at selected member bakeries. The consultancies suit new and existing bakeries in Australasia, Oceana, Indonesia and other regions.
