OTAT process all pulse products in our factory - located on a total area 18.125 sq meters and 1000 sq meters closed area in Mersin Free Zone - as rice, chickpeas, red lentils, green lentils, beans, kidney beans and bulgur.
We prepare our products in hygienic conditions and with modern equipment suitable to the health conditions. The pockets are prepared by the calibrating control, damp measuring and cooking tests in a carefully way.

Mr. Cavit Memis, the owner and general manager of OTAT BAKLIYAT, has started to working in Wholesale Food Products Marketing in 1986 in Mus; and then in pulses sector in 1990 in Mersin. After working as a successful director in their family business, he left his family business and established his own factory in 2005.

We export our products to Middle East, Europe, North Africa and also to some Asian countries like India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and also take part in local market.

Our main aim is to obtain the continuity of customer satisfaction by our high quality goods and service.
