The Company was formed on 1980 by Eng. Nabil Elnady with fully independent entity , and gained considerable experience over 27 years in the Maritime industry service where became one of the famous ,reputable/reliable and oldest Maritime expertise Companies in Egypt.

ARBITRATION EXPERTISE:

We are registered at and appearing before the Cairo Regional Center of International Commercial and Maritime Arbitration in the capacity of Marine Experts representing principals such as (Owners â?? Operators-Charterers â?? Shippers â?? Consignees).

ARBITRATORS:

We are registered at The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators â?? London in the capacity of Engineering and Commercial Associate Members, and are en route to complete the studies in order to be elected as Engineering and Commercial International Chartered Arbitrators.

INTERNAL AUDITORS ISO 9001-2000:

Certified internal Auditors.

CLAIMS SETTLEMENT:

We handle claims verification / negotiations and amicable settlement on behalf of the principals (applicants) before/with the Local Concerned Party with special arrangements and notarized Authorization.


TECHNICAL & MARITIME CONSULTANCY:

We undertake Technical and Maritime Consultancy and are appointed in the same capacity for one of the largest and reputable oil tankers /bulk carriers/Liquid Gas Carriers Company .
