PROCEDURE AND TERMS.
1.Buyer send full LOI
2.Seller send FCO and Buyer sign it and return it for acceptance
3.Seller will issue Draft Contract for revision and signature of the Buyer
4.Buyer signs the Contract and returns to the Seller
5.Seller will issue the definitive Contract by countersigning it and sending it to the Buyer
6.Hard Copies of the contracts are exchanged.
7.Buyer bank issue preadvice L/C for acceptance by Seller.
8.Buyer?s bank informs SELLER bank of xxxxx opening (RWA by swift 799 message)
a.Before the payment instrument(s) are transferred to the seller?s account the text of the payment instrument MUST be reviewed and approved by the seller.

xxxxx final text to be provided by the buyer?s bank shall be subject to approval by the Seller as a condition of the buyer?s compliance with the present contract.
9.Seller?s bank issue the POP to the buyer?s bank.
10.Buyer will issue operative Payment Instrument (Transferable and Confirmed xxxxx) as per contract procedures. (if xxxxx is issue by BANK, sellers arrange directly the confirmation from his bank
11.After receipt and acceptation of the issued operative xxxxx, seller? bank sends to buyer?s bank 2% PB
12.Seller arrange buyer?s visit the loading port or the yard if buyer desires
13.Delivery operations start
14.Shipping of the fertilizer will commence within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from date of seller?s receipt of the accept
