We are a young company in Karachi, Pakistan, making and distributing frozen ethnic foods as well as burger patties, onion rings and frozen vegetables. We manufacture Sub-continental foods like samosas and spring rolls both chicken and vegi; shami kebabs-chicken, beef and vegi; Chapli kebabs, chicken and beef; seekh kebabs (smoked) chicken and beef; pizzas chicken and cheese; burger patties chicken, beef and vegi; parathas plain and with potatoe filling; puris, baesni roti (chappati family); corn flour chappati; chicken nuggets, onion rings, frozen vegetables - peas and carrots. We will also be launching mango pulp in cans and ambient temperature bags. We started in 2005 and we are successfully distributing our products to 32 stores in Karachi. By the end of this year we plan to start distribution in Lahore and Islamabad also. We have plans to re-locate from our present premises to a purpose built, new processing/manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Karachi which will enable us to increase our production. We are negotiating with companies in the Middle East and USA for our Parathas and Samosas and will be sending our first shipment in August 2006, Inshallah.
All our products are made in controlled conditions and we follow all the recommended food manufacturing practices. Inshallah in our new facility, the processes will be further refined and improved upon, wherever there is room to do so.
