Fakher AL-Din AL-Ma'ani II is one of the Arab princes who built a citadel in Badiat AL-Sham near Palmyra.

Fakher AL-Din is also a name of many food stuff products which are all characterized by being made of fruits and flowers of Syria. So, it is a symbol of natural products prepared from the soil of this generous land which produced the first fruits and flowers in the world.
