Diamond impregnated bits are the most commonly useful in the mineral exploration industry as they have the widest range of application. The carefully selected grades of high quality synthetic diamonds are distributed in the depth of impregnated bit's matrix series. The matrix layer of the crown contains a uniform distribution of these crystal that are embedded in a powdered metal bond. We designed to hold overall drilling costs to a minimum, fast penetration rates and long life for drilling any formation rock.
 
 
Impregnated Casing and rod shoes are designed to "drill in "casings or rods in difficult over burden material to position the rods or casing in the drilling hole. The smooth interior of the shoes allows the corresponding coring equipment such as bits, core barrels and drilling rod to pass freely through the shoes. Impregnated shoes can be manufactured in all series and varying impregnation heights to suit your individual requirements. Casing shoes are available in Spud (no waterways or lips) or standard configurations.
