We are a joint venture enterprise set up by Hebei Jing-Hua Innovation Group Co., Ltd of China and Hong Kong Frame Risen Development Co., Ltd. It is a steel complex incorporating sintering, iron-making, steel-making and rolling with four subsidiaries: Rizhao Steel Co., Ltd, Rizhao Medium Section Mill Co., Ltd, Rizhao steel Wire Co., Ltd, and Rizhao Steel Plate Co., Ltd, and the total investment for the whole complex amounts to RMB 5 billion.
The group has two 60m? one 75m?and two 98m?sintering plants, two 450m? two 530m?and two 580m?blast furnaces, three 60 tons and one 120 tons converters, one straight grade-rotary kiln pelletizing plant, a complete H-beam rolling mill imported from Italy with 1 million tons annual capacity, one bar rolling mill with annual capacity of 1 million tons, one 1580mm hot rolling coil mill with 2.5 million tons annual capacity, two high speed wire rod mills with 0.5 million tons annual capacity each, one D-bar in coils rolling mill with 0.7 million tons annual capacity, one 6000m?h, one 15000m?h and one 22000m?h air separation units. Up to now, the group has reached annual production capacities of 4.2 million tons hot metal, 4.2 million tons steel and 6.2 million tons products.
At the beginning of October, we will start the trial production of hot rolled coil and our standard will based on GB?GB/T912-1989?GB/T710-1991?GB/T711-1988?GB/T3274-1988?GB/T14164-1993?GB/T18982-2003?GB/T247-1997??ASTM?ASTM A1018/A 1018M-2001?
