The Principal Management Group, Inc.(PMGI) is a project development; project finance and management; construction management; staffing; procurement; insurance services and trading of construction materials and other products from China. PMGI have offices in Macau, Hong Kong, Manila, Shanghai; Korea, Ghana, Finland, Greece and the United States. We have experience in project financing of infrastructure projects, like buildings, hotels, expansion of existing factories, hospitals and other structures in China and in Asia. We have project development activities now in the Dominican Republic, and in New Jersey, as added to our list of countries that we do. We are also working on an expansion of an existing Hospital for the treatment of Cancer Patients.

We would like to offer our services and our expertise to clients not only in China but anywhere else in the world, where we can be of service to our clients. We will help you raise funds for your projects and for your business expansion. We can enter into business cooperation with your goodselves. We do not collect upfront fees for project financing services. Our services are paid all on a success fee basis.  Among other financial arrangements that we can do for you, is that we have good relationship with a number of rated insurance companies that can issue Financial Guarantee Bond or Surety Bond to be used as collateral to raise funds for your projects. We have lending banks as well willing to accept these bonds.  And other financial arrangements, like BOT, BT, project securitizations, equity participations, etc.

We would like to address your specific needs, whether small or large projects or deals.  We also can supply you with your construction materials or any product requirements  from China through our offices inside China whose staff are fluent in chinese language.
