With its consecutively efforts and dynamic to integrate in the market economy, in July 30th 2001, at the Decision of Prime ministry of Vietnam, CONSTREXIM has been allowed to apply new organization model of holding company as the first one in Vietnam. From 20th April 2002, pursuant to new organization model, the company operates as a mother company of the holding corporation under the new name Vietnam construction investment and export- import holdings corps (CONSTREXIM- Holdings.
