   Ascorbyl palmitate(C22H38O7) is synthesized from palmitic acid and L-ascorbic. It is a effective deoxidizer and synergist, and is assessed as nutritional, nontoxic, effective, safe to use by WHO. It is the only antioxidant can be used in the infant food. This product can be used to antioxidate, preserve color, intensify nutrition and so on. It can be used in the follow products :Fat, oil and emulsified fat products, hydrogenated plant oil, convenience food, bread, infant food, baby food, child food and so on.
   Tertiary Butyl Hydroquinone is recognized as the new high effective antioxidant for edible oil internationally, the shortened form is TBHQ, and the molecular formula is C10H14O2. This product can prevent or retardarce the oxidation of the oil effectively, it also possesses the function of antibiosis, so it can prolong the shelf life of the food consumedly. It can be used in fat, oil, emulsified fat products, canned nut and seed products, convenience food, biscuit, cured meat products (such as bacon, preserved ham, salted duck, ham, sausage), aquatic product, fry and other lipidic food or the food which contain oil richly.
