Returns:
This item is being sold as is with no returns.  This will work here in the USA with region free games :-)

All sales will have the serial number of the item tracked.  All repairs/returns will be verified with the serial numbers of the original sale.  Any items sent back for repairs that are not actually broken, but used incorrectly will be charged an administrative fee of $19.99 + shipping charges.

Canadian Shipping will be done via FedEx Ground, this is non negotiable.  No we will not use your FedEx account to ship this item.  The item will be shipped to you and a tracking number will be sent to you email address.  Most packages arrive with in 8-11 days of shipment.
