Olgun Kriko Sanayi ve Ticaret Sirketi has carried out hydraulic jack manufacturing in 6000 m2 outdoor and 1.700 m2 outdoor areas at Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone since 1993. The hydraulic jacks we manufacture are being presented to the Automotive Mounting Industry as original equipment and besides to the market by means of agencies.
As our products have attachable and detachable design, they may be repaired and maintained at any time and have a 2-year guarantee. Besides, our company makes designs in features and sizes demanded by the Automotive Mounting Industry. During the manufacturing phase, ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System is being used and the materials we use are the materials stated in TS2067-ISO 11530 standard. The base and binding bolts are made of GGG50 Sfero casting, steel materials are made of ?040-1050 and cylinder pipes are manufactured by using seamless steel hauling DIN2391 CK+B imported pipes. The security pressure discharge valve exists on jacks and jacks protect themselves in 15% excess of the load. During the manufacturing phase, NC and CNC benches have been generally used and our products possess TS2067-ISO11530 Quality Conformity Certificate, CE AT Conformity Certificate and ISO9001-2000 Quality Management certificate.
