Dong Jin Silk Co., Ltd.  

In 1978 we opened a small silk factory in Seoul.  It was a very small scale operation, with all work done manually. But our dedication to silk manufacturing was superlative. After experiencing many difficulties, now we have built a strong company and achieved a lot.

By dint of the all-out efforts of our employees, and thanks to our customers, we were able to expand by opening a new silk plant in Gyeonggi Province in 1994 and went into orbit with a sophisticated assortment of silk products. As part of our strategy, our R&D staff and designers created silk comforters made with silk wadding, which was quite revolutionary in those days, while upgrading the quality of our silk underwear.

In 1999 Dong Jin Silk registered anew trademark, "Grand Arirang", to enter the overseas market in a big way. Our efforts are now beginning to yield results and we our brand name is becoming a synonym for the finest silk products at home and abroad.
