I. Company background

Backed by 20 years of success track record, HYPHONE currently operates from seven factory sites with a combined area of 2,000,000 sq ft and over 1,000 employees, making it the largest pneumatic manufacturer in Asia. HYPHONE's extensive manufacturing network includes its own aluminum die casting and heat treatment plant; thus, enabling a near 100% vertical integration in its production capability.


HYPHONE manufactures a comprehensive range of light industrial, automotive and DIY pneumatic tools and accessories. Currently, there are about 100 tool types in our production list; most of them bear CE certifications. In addition, HYPHONE offers the widest range of tool kits ever presented in the industry, as well as more than 100 types of accessories. HYPHONE has dedicated heavily in product development. New generations of DIY & Professional products are continuously being developed to meet and exceed customer demands. HYPHONE tools are sold globally with 60% to USA and 30% to Europe and 10% to Asian market, on OEM orders basis.

The year 2001 and 2002 were another land marked years for the Group as our main manufacturing arm, Shanghai, Ningbo and Wu-Xi factories attained the ISO 9002 certification provided by the most stringent creditor, RWTUV of Germany. This recognition is a testament to our years of dedication in maintaining a high quality manufacturing system aiming to provide customers with the highest possible assurance of Hyphone's ability to deliver quality tools under stringent and non-variable quality standards.

The year 2003 is another challenge for HYPHONE. Many new products are available for customer like you to have better choices to fit your specific markets. It is Hyphone's determination to work with customer more closely together to create a three WIN ( HYPHONE, you and your customer ) circumstances.


II. Major market

Through importers and trading companies, all of our tools were sold indirectly to major auto and retail chain stores globally with 60% to the USA market, 30% to Europe and 10% to Asian countries.



III. Future Outlook

Hyphone's 20 years of success record has been built on our philosophy of total self-reliance in our end product supply and stringent quality control requirement.

For the last four years, the company is focusing on the extension of factory buildings and manufacturing equipment enhancement in China and Taiwan in order to cope with increasing high level product orders and attaining a near 100% vertical integration in our production. The next five years will be a consolidation and internal upgrading period aims at development of new generation tools, quality upkeep and efficiency improvement, aiming to expand our market share heavily into automotive and light industrial markets.
