We are manufacturing 100% Cotton and Polyester Cotton of Blend 65:35 of counts 10s O.E to 2/66s Ring Spun auto coned and T.F.O doubled.
Production Capacity is 30000 kgs per day
Product quality suitable for yarn dyeing and fabric dyeing quality only
WEAVING:
We are having Imported Rapier Looms with 18 shaft dobby and 6 colour weft insertion machines with fringes (open selvedges) machines.Our Loom Working Width = 205 cmsHometextiles madeups production Capacity:

2).Shower Curtains 70"x72" is 50000 pcs per month
3).Table clothes 140x140 cm is 110,000 pieces per month
4).Napkin 45x45cm,30x30cm,40x40cm is 250,000 pieces per month
5).Thermal blankets of all sizes and weights
6).Terry towel and fabrics
7).Industrial Canvas fabric from 6 ounzes to 20 ounzes
Specilatiy and INVENTIVE fabrics:
Leno weave fabrics with eyelets of multiple sizes in the same linear mtr with plain weave also in between,Moleskin,Peachskin fabrics are our major speciality fabrics and we can manufacture and supply the fabrics upto the fabric cover factor of 36.00Production Lead time:
Our production lead time is 45 days from the date of receipt of 100% L.C at sight in our bank and after the production sample approval
For 6 months price confirmation we require 35% advance payment and the balance 65% against 100% L.C at sight.
Strength:
Our major strength is that we are having our own Spinning and weaving Mills and our price confirmation can be taken for minimum of 6 months with quantites in bulk.
