Qingdao Madison Forging & Casting Industrial Co., Ltd. is located at Jimo, a county-level city of Qingdao . Lying in 35 Km away from Qingdao Harbor and 15 Km from Qingdao International Airport, Qingdao Madison Forging & Casting Industrial Co., Ltd. enjoy very convenient sea, land and air transportation.

The company consists of two main parts: the Madison foundry and Madison forging factory. Moreover the company has its own machining center and professional heat treatment center.

Madison has 260 sets of professional equipments in casting plant. The

annual output of the plant is about 55000 tons. The main products of ductile iron, grey iron and malleable iron and steel can be produced from 0.1kg to 100kg . Main facilities are as follows: sand mixing line, automatic sand line mixing for core making machine, PC semi-automatic molding line ( Korea ), Auto-RMB2016 molding line ( Japan ), Auto-KW molding line (German), hot-box shoot core machine, etc.

The forging factory has 36 lines of advanced forging equipments. The auto parts production and forging parts can be produced about 15000 tons (the biggest one is 30kg and the smallest one is 0.1kg ) annually. They main equipments are die hammer, friction press, punching machine, trimming machine, CNC machine, machining center, intermediate frequency furnace, continuous heat treatment furnace and the accessories. The products are in mild carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.

The Madison Machining Plant, a new born plant of Madison Forging & Casting Industrial Co., Ltd. which has the qualified ability of machining batch products and packing individually and has its own Semi Finished Product Workshop and Finished Product Workshop. Its Production Department, Technical Department and Quality Department have founded. The Madison Machining Plant provide with a couple of digital control machine, such as lathes and milling machines. The other equipments contain milling machines, drilling machines, tapping machines and ordinary lathes. Now the Madison Machining Plant is able to machine more than 20 kinds of products.
