WOW was established at the end of 1991, and until now it has had 06 Representative Offices in operation in Moscow, Seoul, Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang cities. The Company has been in such main scopes of business as:garment, construction, trade and investment in real estates.

WOW . owns the "WOW" (World Of Women) and "ATLANTIC" trade-marks, and is the distributing sole agent of Arvind fabric in Vietnam, which is the third largest company for supplying Jeans all over the world. Besides, it has appealed successfully investment capital from a Japanese partner to form the joint-venture enterprise called Quadrille and Vera International Limited. The joint-venture operating in producing, trading women's underclothes for domestic consumption and export, simultaneously import of raw- and sub-materials for the company's producing demands. The establishment of the joint-venture enterprise is armed at improving garment's quality in Vietnam, meeting international standards, step by step replacing imported products, and giving direction to foreign markets; creating a force of production and a new industry in Vietnam.
WOW is on the progress of expanding the scope and size of operation through commercial fields (trading, import - export and intermediary), participating in Joint Ventures and investing in some other domestic projects, etc.
