We ship orders within 24-48 hours after receiving payment. We like to use Australia Post for delivery as it is a quick and reliable service. We also offer combined shipping to save you money on shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery if outside of NSW, Australia. For other countries outside of Australia allow up to 10-12 days for delivery. We do recommend international buyers to register your parcel and use insurance. International orders may have additional taxes and import fees therefore it is the recipient's responsibility to pay these fees.
We have a 14 day exchange policy. You can either exchange for correct size, purchase a product to equal value (if item is a greater cost difference must be paid) or you can purchase a store credit for you or a friend (can be used at anytime). Clothing must be returned in original packaging, not be worn with all tags attached within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs.
