I'm looking for Chinese exporters of shoes for boys and girls age groups 0 to 3 and 3 to 6 years.

I own a number of retail stores in Eastern Ukraine. Currently we buy shoes from resellers. I'd like to establish relationship with Chinese Manufactiuresrs directly.

Please let me know the following information:
-Prices (FOB Beijing) and breif description of your child shoes;
-order quantity and discount info on large orders;
-if it is possible to order samples of 1-2 items for each category/color, with payment option via credit card, and shipment by courier mail (like Fedex).
