All their products are made with utmost care using soybean, Rhynchosia Nulubilis, perilla seeds, sesame, and red pepper from Imsil and are cherished by its vast users for the same reason. 'Doenjang' produced by Gomsageun Youngsan Food is made by boiling only fresh grown soybeans from Imsil inside a cauldron which is then steamed among the naturally arising malt bacillus in a yellow earth floor room. This process is guaranteeing its most profound taste of the old cuisine.

Gomsageun's glutinous rice gochujang is made using only sun dried red pepper grown from the famous land of Imsil. Going through more than 6 months of maturing inside an air filtering pottery gives it the most unique and mouth watering taste of traditional gochujang.
