Every products being manufactured form Gomsageun Youngsan Food carries along with them the old taste from home along with the scent of fresh wind, clean air, and the cozy sunlight that passes through the Morning Ridges of Jisa-Myeon, Imsil-Gun. Using abundant agricultural resources grown from the clean temitory of Imsil-Gun, Jeonbuk-Province and cleanest water from Seomjin River, Youngsan Food is most appropriately located to continue to grow and develop the traditional Jang category of foods. Producing eateries using only raw materials grown on Korean soil, Youngsan Dood is conscious for the health of its consumers.
By doing so they are caring for the agricultural community providing materials for them which in turn they believe will do goods for the environment. All their products are made with utmost care using soybean, Rhynchosia Nulubilis, perilla seeds, sesame, and red pepper from Imsil and are cherished by its vast users for the same reason. 'Doenjang' produced by Gomsageun Youngsan Food is made by boiling only fresh grown soybeans from Imsil inside a cauldron which is then steamed among the naturally arising malt bacillus in a yellow earth floor room. This process is guaranteeing its most profound taste of the old cuisine.
Gomsageun's glutinous rice gochujang is made using only sun dried red pepper grown from the famous land of Imsil. Going through more than 6 months of maturing inside an air filtering pottery gives it the most unique and mouth watering taste of traditional gochujang.
