Delivery:
We use UPS to deliver all the items you purchase. The shipping methods that we accept are UPS Ground, UPS 3rd Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Please allow 4-7 business days for UPS Ground. We will provide you with your tracking number to track you package online or over the phone with UPS.

Manufacturer's Warranty
In the event that a product needs to be returned to a manufacturer for service or warranty work, the customer is responsible for all shipping arrangements. Please refer to manufacturer policies regarding the procedure and cost of shipping returns; please contact them for details.

Return Policy:
We have a 10 days exchange policy form the day you receive your order under the following restrictions:

We do not accept refunds for any kind of purchase. We will only exchange your purchase only if it is defective. Please send us a copy of your receipt with your purchase for any defective purchase that you are exchanging. Note that abused or misused purchases are not included in defective purchase. All exchanged products must have the original non-damaged packaging, all accessories that were included, all manual and user guides, any documentations, and warranty cards or else your exchange will not be processed. Any missing item or damaged item that was included with the purchase will be subject to a replacement charge. Customer is responsible for proof of tracking information. Until we receive the defective purchase we will not ship out your new product. M.A Bilgisayar Danıs San Tic Ltd Sti is not responsible if a exchanged product is lost by the shipper.

All defective purchase must be returned within 10 days from the day of purchase.
