UltraView Technology Limited (hereinafter called UVT), a Joint Venture specializing in manufacturing medium to small size TFT-LCD applications, car/bus mobile video, was established in Yangzhou in December, 2001. Its total amount has been added up to US$10 Million including US$5Miliion registered capital.

The major shareholder, Prime View International Corp, is a distinguished manufacturer in Taiwan dedicated to research and development of high quality medium to small size TFT-LCD modules in both A/V and Digital interfaces for AV, OA and IA applications.

Enttek Co. , Ltd is a top leader in Taiwan devoted to design for bus AV entertainment system, and another shareholder, Jiangsu Yaxing Motor Coach Group Co. Limited, is an outstanding leader in China Coach Industry, which contributes UVT to the its location-Yangzhou Economic Development District, with 4 hours' way to Shanghai.

Established on the basis of complementary advantage, UVT has successfully established itself as an international manufacturer of TFT-LCD applications. UVT product lines include: 5. 0" Portable TV, 5. 0" Stand/Headrest TFT-LCD monitor, 6. 4" Turner TV, 6. 4" Stand /Headrest /In Dash/Roof Mount/ In Arm TFT-LCD monitor; 7. 0" Seat-back TFT-LCD monitor, 8. 0" Roof Mount TFT-LCD monitor 10. 4" Roof Mount TFT-LCD monitor and 15. 1" Roof Mount TFT-LCD monitor. UVT offers TFT-LCD products in car/bus AV entertainment System.

Currently UVT products in mass production mainly range from TFT-LCD products applied in Car/Bus AV Entertainment system to layout technology service and corresponding software service for Car/Bus AV Entertainment System.
