PROFILE
We are the Exclusive International Distributor of extremely wonderful marinated SMOKED SALMON. The SALMON is slow smoked for sixteen hours for maximum smoke flavor and quality that only slow cooking can give. Alder chips from the northwest are used to import "MILD" Smokey flavor that is not overbearing like that found in other wood types. Hickory and fruit trees other population woods but all are strong in residue giving a flavor. Thus slow smoking for long period of time results in smoke flavor that overpowers the salmon taste. This does not occur with alder. Our SMOKED SALMON has the lowest possible salt percentage allowed by the law. The law does require a minimum salt content that is pretty low. We maintain that minimum through constant laboratory analysis. Our products are sent monthly to food products laboratory in the Portland, or for quality testing. We test
