Origin : Russia, or C.I.S Countries
Specification : Standard Export Quantity
Quantity      : 30 million Barrels Monthly for five years,
Contract period 60 months contract with possible roll over and extensions,
Delivery : CIF ASWP
Discount : Gross discount $2.8  Net discount 2.3 per barrel CIF
Commission : $50USD (fifty cents) per barrel as follows: Buyer agent $0.25 cents per barrel and seller?s agent $0.25 cents,
Payment :By irrevocable, transferable Documentary Letter of Credit for each month?s Shipment covering the invoice amount, which would be made payable immediately after the delivery into buyers , and revolving for each month?s deliveries,
in this regard; we would appreciate if you could give the detail
