Hubei Shenli Forging Co., Ltd is subsidiary company of Dong Feng Commercial Group Co., Ltd. The designed annual capacity is 16,000 tons and 40,000 sets of front spindle joint parts. The total investment amount is 222.27 million. We have got ISO9001 certificate on the Aug. 2001 which by the third part. The annual output and sales turn-over are over 100 billion. The profit tax is over 1000 millions, which leads to the 50,000 RMB per worker. There are difference equipment 309 sets in the factory, including bring into 125 MN hot die-forging press auto production line which has the biggest capacity among all the same kind of machines in the other factories in China; Moreover, there are 25MN hot die-forging production line; 20MN hot die forging production lines and other process equipments. Relatively, there are four production lines of parts for motor front axle and 3 arms; 1 production line for the motor front and back axle assembly.  At present, our company is mainly producing the different kinds of motor front axle, the engine crankshaft, front and back spindle joint parts. The capacity has achieved to produce front axle 100,000 pieces/year; the joint parts for spindles 60,000 sets/year; large mold forging parts 200,000 pieces/year; small mold forging parts 2000 tons/year.
