1.  INTRODUCTION

POOJA CREATIONS. has been promoted by M/S J.J. EXPORTERS LTD., the leading manufacturer/exporter of silk fabrics from India.  We have a vertical unit, starting right from silk fabric weaving to finished garments/made ups and and we can  offer FOB Packages for silk garments/made ups to our customers. Our group has over 40 years of experience in this trade, specializing in silk.

Apart from silks, we are also manufacturing garments/made ups in various other fabrics such as cottons, linens,  light weight denims etc.  To enable us to also offer a wider range of product at competitive prices, our unit is set up as an 100% export oriented unit, so that we can import fabrics/trims from various other countries without any import duties as applicable in India.

Our competence in hand beading, machine & computerized embroideries on various fabrics are well appreciated.  

Our factory was set up by Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA) the leading consultants.  We are also equipped as per the compliance required internationally, i.e. keeping the human resources & workers safety in mind.


2. PRODUCTION SYSTEMS

A. SAMPLING

Our creativity and skill levels help us to achieve the best results for our customers in  pattern making and product developments.

B.CUTTING

Our cutting section is equipped with modern machines of Eastman Straight Knifes, Band Knife & End Cutters.  The cut parts are audited before being loaded to line for sewing. We also maintain fusing parameters for consistency.


C. PRODUCTION

Our production lines are equipped with  UBT Lock Stitch Machines alongwith various other specialised machines.
