TR(Technology Reinforce) Co., Ltd.  Invented Ball-Line-Touched Type Butterfly Valve of which concluded impossible and show off it if to everybody now. Our products should like to jump the top class valve maker of 21st century and as a global product that cannot compare with usual butterfly valve from the point of view technical and function, price etc.

For existing Butterfly Valve, the seat had made with rubber or thin metal plate to seal a fluid. The rubber seat was weak from heat and chemical and the thin metal plate seat was weak from waste and metal fatigue. Therefore, they were leaked often. Besides, the existing butterfly valve have the big load while opening and closing. But our valve have no any some load. Our valve, the solid type metal seat valve is the sole valve.

First, our product disregard a allowed limits of leakage as a zero leakage.
Second, our product can apply wherever, water supply facilities, chemical, shipment, contained water and atomic/thermal power plant etc.

Now, our valve, Ball-Line-Touched valve have replaced instead of existing metal valve gradually. In the future, we will try to replace instead of globe and gate valve line, too. And we can manufacturer any size also.
