1994: Realizing the dream of the founders and putting business ability to work

The first member of HVgroup, Haviet Trading Company, Ltd. was founded in Hanoi, Vietnam, by a group of talented young businessmen.

1995: Expanding business activities in the south of Vietnam

Nam Haviet Company, Ltd. was established in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as a part of Haviet’s expansion to the south.

1999: Diversifying businesses from trading only to include manufacturing

Haviet Electrode Joint Stock Co., Haviet Group’s first factory, was established in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Haviet Chemical Joint Stock Co. was established in Hanoi (before 2004 it was known as Thienha Chemical Joint Stock Co.), specializing in the chemical industry.

2002: Reorganizing our businesses into a Holding �Subsidiary Model.

Haviet Investment Joint Stock Co. was formed to coordinate the group’s efforts and strengths for business development.

HaViet expanded its production activities to the north of Vietnam and built the Haviet Electrode Plant in Dong Anh, Hanoi.

2003: The year of production, expansion, establishing two production factories, one in Hung Yen Province and one in Ho Chi Minh City and also a trading company in Ho Chi Minh City.

Thien Ha Feed Company, Ltd. was established in Hung Yen Province, Vietnam, specializing in the production of livestock feeds.


Tanhaviet Silicate Joint Stock Co. was established in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, specializing in the production of Silicate.

Namhaviet General Trading Joint Stock Co. was established in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

2004: Realizing the Group’s Global Market Development Strategy

The production companies of the group established their distribution network in and exported their products to East Europe, Africa, and the Middle East Markets.

The Nam Tien Import - Export Joint Stock Company was established to pursue the Global Market Development Mission.
