"Yirang Foods" is manufacturer of raw and dried seaweed.
"Woo Jung soo san" company was established in 1986 and started to export in 2001.
Export to the United States in 2002.
But, changed company name to Yirang Foods in 2004 and market testing and contract negotiation on following countries: Singapore, Australia, Hong kong etc....
We farming and harvesting raw seaweed and from our raw seaweed, we produce dry seaweed and roasted dried seaweed.
We can produce 150,000 to 200,000 pieces( 1 piece contains 100 sheets) dried seaweed per yearand keep that dried seaweed in refrigerate up to 1 year.
We currently have third party to roast the dry seaweed, however, soon we will roast the dry seaweed on our own and we plan to purchase machine that will roast and package the roasted seaweed.
We current produce regular roasted dried seaweed, calcium dried seaweed, and Korean Ginseng dried seaweed.
Our seaweeds are very healthy and anybody can enjoy the good taste of our products.
Our regular roasted dried seaweed is different from other regular roasted dried seaweed: our regular roasted dried seaweed is thinner and crisper, cruncher than our competition.
Compare to others, our regular roasted dried seaweed sis less saltier than other. It is good for snack and can be a side dish for alcohol.
We are investing our time and effort to manufacture premium quality products for exportation.
We are using aluminum packaging because aluminum package makes seaweed last longer and keep good taste and etc....
Our society in no long extended family, therefore our product can be consumed by individual families, our product contain only 5 sheets to minimize the waste of food.
We have established the export to the united states and australia now. And we are planning to extend our export to other countries.
Our next target countries are hong kong, singapore, and taiwan etc
Our this year which 2005 target sales is $ 500,000.00 dollars.
