Lactic acid has been used for centuries as a natural preservative in man food products. The L (+) form is naturally present in animal and human tissues as well as in numerous food products.
B&G produces L(+) lactic acid by fermentation of a specific non-GMO bacteria directly isolated from natural and using corn glucose as starting raw material.
B&G?s range of products include L (+) lactic acid and L(+) lactates complying with the most stringent requirements for food(confectionary, meat processing, brewery, bakery, dairy, juice∼), feed, industry (leather tannery, electroplating∼), cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications.
