Goyal Group of Industries emerging on the chemical horizon, engaged in manufacturing and export of dyes intermediates, chemicals, Chloro-Benzenes and Nitric derivatives. The group annual turn over is of more than US $ 70 million.  

M/s Panoli Intermediates (India) Pvt. Ltd. went on stream in 1999 in Jhagadia, to manufacture Chlorinated Aromatic compounds, to take proximity advantage of Chloro-alkali plants.

In 2002, as part of its forward integration plan, M/s Panoli Intermediates commissioned a unit to manufacture Nitro Chloro compounds at Nandesari, to avail benefit of common effluent treatment plant facilities developed by industry association.

In 2004, M/s Kutch Chemical Industries limited was set up near the international all weather ports namely KANDLA and MUNDRA with focusing on export market potential for dye intermediates, agro intermediates and chemicals
