In June, 2006 in the form of control its equity capital. It is one of the important institute in Chinese textile field, has completed the ISO9001: 2000 quality certification (IQNET), and has the right of importing and exporting, mainly engaged in the specialized processing technique study and products development, and information consultant service in textile science and technology, such as spinning &weaving, printing, dyeing, textile machinery.

In which Researching and producing the "New technique of spinning anti-static yarn"is originated in our country and authorized the science and invent award.
