we are the biggest producer of charcoal&charcoal briquettes in Ukraine.
Joint-stock company "Perechin timber and chemical plant" is a part of Ukrainian - Russian industrial-financial group POLYPROM. The factory was founded in 1894. Manufacture of charcoal started in 1896. For more than 100 years we have reached a huge experience in production of high quality charcoal. Since October 2000 we have started to produce  wood charcoal and briquettes  for barbecue according to DIN 51749, received from hardwood breed (oak, beech, hornbeam) on advanced technology of manufacturing ?vertical fully automatic aided retort.
We are able to produce 550 tons/month of charcoal and 330 tons/month of charcoal briquettes during the whole year.
Charcoal briquettes are produced from hardwood charcoal pieces less than 20 mm, crashed and mixed with natural binder and compressed into oval shapes with parameters 43 x 40 x 22 mm.
Charcoal briquettes composition: charcoal - 87%, binder - 8%, water content - 5%
We draw your attention to the fact that only the best quality hardwood (95% beech) is used in production process. Raw wood is carefully selected and dried before getting to pyrolytic process. It allows to keep lower ash and water content level. Manufacture process distinguishes its ecological safety, what has been reached by reserved production cycle.
