Shanghai ZDOON Building Materials Co., Ltd. is one of the subsidiaries of ZDOON Building Materials Group. Located in Shanghai, our company covers 300,000 square meters and has a total investment of USD60,975,000. We are one of the few companies in the aluminum industry who possess a large amount of investment, the most advanced technology and the most complete aluminum profiles.

We introduced advanced equipment and technology from Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Japan and Taiwan. For the aluminum processing alone, we have 2 sets of 13 MT smelting ovens, 8 lines of 580MT to 3000MT extrusion machines, 2 sets of powder coating machines from Switzerland and Italy, one set of anodizing machine, and a complete set of inspection machines. Currently, we are able to produce 5000,000 meters of cement products and 400,000 tons of high-grade and new type aluminum extrusions every year. These products are widely applied to construction, traffic and telecommunication industries.

Our surface finishing processes include E.D., electrostatic power coating, PVDF coating and anodizing. Specially, we use aluminum with "wood" nature from Italy. For the architectural powders have an extensive global track record on the most prestigious building projects, the finished products are tough and resistant to all forms of abrasive wear. All of our products have reached the national standard of GB/T5237-2000 and we have set up a complete quality management system according to the standard of ISO9001.
